Vaughan Comfort Services has been my go to for years for a number of things. Examples: they serviced and maintained an oil boiler, and more recently converted that oil system to gas; they replaced a hydronic radiator as part of a kitchen upgrade project; when one of our A/C units was not cooling sufficiently they fixed it. This week, Alton performed seasonal maintenance service on two A/C units and the boiler. He provided competent, efficient, and high quality work and made sure any questions or concerns I had were answered. Thank you to the top notch Vaughan crew .

Professional and competent. Replaced my old A/C & furnace. While installing, the team told me that there was a missing part for the new furnace (not critical, a short air pipe - picture attached), and they made sure to follow up and install when they got it. I would not have known the part was missing, and the HVAC would have operated fine without it, but they made a special trip to install it once they got the part. I see this as good evidence that Vaughan is an organization I can depend on for any future work.

Having been a loyal Vaughan customer for 15 years, I chose Vaughan Comfort Services again to replace my residential HVAC system with another Trane system with similar performance parameters. Mike, Matt, and David facilitated the removal of old and the installation of new components, including the thermostat. All three were punctual, courteous, professional, and thorough during my 2-day installation. Everything was cleaned up properly at project completion. And of course, Vaughan will continue to provide me with annual heating and ac tuneups to ensure all works efficiently.

Vaughn sent their plumber Jules immediately out to fix a leak at the washing machine shut-off valves.He ordered a needed part and returned and installed in a timely fashion.

We have A/C and Heater service contract. Just had A/C tune-up for 2025. Service person was curious. On this visit they recommended a repair and explained the reason.

“Our system was completely down during one of our heat waves. Vaughn offered us the use of two window units at no additional cost as we scheduled the installation of the new unit. When staff arrived to install they were timely and placed protection on our hardwood floors. They were courteous both days here. There was a problem whic necessitated them staying longer than normal business hours. A part was needed and we were kept advised as to when it would arrive and when it would be installed. Overall we are well pleased with our experience.”
