I recently had a new Amana ARVT96 furnace and Amana ALXS5 air conditioner installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My installation crew—Mike, AJ, and Dorris—were absolute professionals from start to finish. They arrived promptly as scheduled and were polite, courteous, and accommodating throughout the day. They even took the time right away to let our dog get familiar with them so she would feel calm and comfortable while they worked in the house. Before touching a tool, they carefully reviewed the size of doorways, protected our flooring, walked me through the entire installation plan, and explained the key setup decisions. Once underway, Mike, AJ, and Dorris worked with total confidence. They kept me involved throughout the day, updating me on their progress and consulting me on minor design decisions along the way. Their technical craftsmanship was genuinely impressive, especially the custom sheet metal work they fabricated to seamlessly connect the new units to our existing ductwork. Better yet, they were able to integrate and reuse my existing humidifier and UV light with the new setup, saving me the unnecessary expense of buying brand-new accessories. Even though all the work took place in the basement, they made sure the area was properly ventilated during cutting, soldering, and gluing so fumes never came upstairs. When the installation was finished, they didn't just pack up and leave. They tested the entire system and walked me through the test results so I knew everything was operating properly. Before heading out, they gave me a tour of the system, pointing out all the associated pipes, shutoff valves, and switches, explained how to use the new thermostat, and showed me exactly which filters and consumables I’ll need to buy going forward. Each team member shook my hand and said goodbye before leaving. If you want a team that takes true pride in their work and respects your home, ask for Mike, AJ, and Dorris!

I have been using Vaughan for quite a few years and they are excellent!! Every technician who has come out for yearly cleanings, or if I had an issue in between, has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my fair share of mediocre heater companies over the years so to have a company that is reliable, gives me one less thing that I ever have to worry about. Btw, I have a Riello burner and there are a lot of places that will not service them, but Vaughan does. Don't think twice about calling them!

Matt was here to service my heater. First he was on time, very kind and pleasant to talk to. He was very informative about what he was doing and he showed me pictures of the inside of heater. He did a fantastic job. If I could give him 10 stars. Can't say enough good things about Matt or Vaughn comfort serices. I would recomment this company to anybody.

Mikael, AJ and Doris are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to do any installation or service calls. Exceptional work. Very knowledgeable about each system they installed. . Clean up was fast and quiet. All 3 were so professional in their approach to the work order. Each of them were very courteous and when it came time to go over the work they completed, they were extremely informative and took time to answer every question and even demonstrated the proper way to continue good maintenance. We are very pleased with the trio of Mikael, AJ and Doris. Exceptional work 👏
