At this time, I wish to express my appreciation and sincerest thanks to a team of 4 highly skilled “Vaughan” techs, Matt, Mike, Jimaar and Anderson who dismantled my entire older HVAC system and with exceptional expertise and meticulous attention, installed a higher efficiency TRANE HVAC system with pride and perfection… From their early arrival until their exit from my home over 2 days, their professionalism and cordial demeanor were apparent… They set up floor covers and were so careful carrying components, tools, etc. in and out of my home… They always informed me of necessary details as the project progressed… For certain, all 4 techs performed their tasks with pride and dedication… I’m in awe with how appealing to the eye the outdoor and basement installations were designed… Specific notes were shared with me for maximum performance and proper maintenance before leaving my home… The clean up both outdoors and in my basement was over and above my expectations… These 4 techs have my utmost respect and praise for their mastery in creating a new HVAC system with such ease while working in intense heat… I truly wish them continuous gratification and immense success in their chosen professions… “Vaughan” is fortunate in having such fine techs to come to our homes and apply their technical skills with distinction… I’m a first time “Vaughan” customer thanks to my friends’ recommendations, the favorable reviews and the stellar BBB reports… So grateful I am, from my first delightful phone conversation with Colleen who set up an appointment for Tony Pellegrino, a distinguished consultant to come to my home the next morning, he assessed my concerns, explained options, finance incentives, etc., a very fine gentleman who then created a specific design that would improve the level of comfort in my home, assured me that I would receive proposals to review that same day and very quickly I was able to make a decision to have his company install my new HVAC system, and ever so pleased I have been during these past few days with crisp, cool air, a monumental difference… Tony’s expertise is extraordinary, his sincerity is admirable and his friendly spirits are well received… I’m certain that I will enjoy my new system for a very long time… At this time, I would also like to thank the entire Office Staff, all so courteous and their professional expertise was commendable for addressing all the docs necessary for getting my project started ASAP… I highly recommend “Vaughan Comfort Services” for HVAC and plumbing services to anyone seeking exceptional home services… The team of 4 techs assigned to my home dealt with various services necessary to successfully complete my major project and indeed, they did so in a first class manner… Going forward, I intend having “Vaughan” to perform all future HVAC and plumbing services in my home, a praiseworthy company they are for certain… Sending my heartfelt thanks to everyone…
