We had a new Trane HVAC system installed. Our technicians were James, Mo, & Matthew. They did a great job. They were professional and courteous. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail that they put into the installation project as well as the cleanliness of the work area. The installers arrived on time, set up to keep the floors protected, explained the process and estimated completion time. They removed the old unit and disposed of it, installed the new unit and ensured everything worked properly, and cleaned up after all was completed. The price was very reasonable and communication with the office, installers and project manager was perfect. Several days after install we noticed an unfamiliar noise, contacted Vaughn who sent out the project manager who was able to identify the cause and resolve it. It was not an install or operational issue, and the resolution was quick and easy. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and will contact them again for HVAC needs.

Had old HVAC removed and New unit installed , Great,Clean Job

We had a pipe break on a Friday afternoon. Matt came and fixed the problem and did an amazing job. Super efficient and very nice. We would recommend Vaughan for all repairs.

New furnace/HVAC installation. Prompt service -excellent staff all around from Sales, scheduling, financing and installation.

I went right onto Google because I had no idea which plumber to select so many other plumbers closer geographically to where we Steve arrived here and under an hour assess the problem, used a motorized snake and heater to thaw out the hose and within an hour or two everything was fixed, and I was about to rewash the load of laundry that I had to put to the side when the tub wouldn’t drain all in all we were very pleased with the quality of work, the friendly professional attitude of Steve and the overall presentation of the truck which was tidy and cleaned; Steve’s level of knowledge which was high; and the amount of time it took to complete the repairs all in all a terrific job!

I called Vaughan Comfort Services today ( Saturday afternoon) after my heating went out. They came as a recommendation from my neighbor. Joe called me within an hour of my after hours emergency call. He asked me some basic questions and said he would try to come by but let me know they has a handful of customers for emergency calls today and just wanted to be transparent ( which I appreciated!) Well, he called back within the hour to let me know his dad, John, was in my area and would be able to come to me soon! I was so grateful.

John called when he was on his way, was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me with my issue so I can have peace of mind that we will stay warm for the season!

He also had great information and recommendations for me on how to maintain my unit and which filters would be best for my system.

I appreciated his down to earth vibe, and can tell you there was no “up-sell” here. Just genuine help.

Thank you for your time and help! We will definitely continue to use Vaughan for future services and maintenance.
